Rest and Rejuvenation

Monday, 4 July 2016
With school holidays now taking place in most States and Territories (sorry South Australia, you'll get there!), we would like to wish you a restful and rejuvenating holiday break. The task of educating young people to know the full breadth of God's ongoing sustaining work in this world and His personal love for them is a tiring task.

Thank you for your service to God's kingdom. As a parent of children myself, I am deeply thankful for the work all of you do.

May you find shalom in the God who created rest.

From Matthew 11:28-30 -

“Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.”

Over the next three weeks, there will be no new blog posts on CEPA. These will begin again on the 25th July. However, keep an eye out this week for some new CEPA videos being uploaded of Steve McAlpine's talks from the THRIVE conference earlier in the year. These may be videos that you could use together as staff during curriculum weeks.

God bless.
